AX Future TECHNOLOGY
We are one of only three companies in the world offering 3 - 8 nm silver powders and one of the most innovative companies in the country as a manufacturer of nanometal-based components for electronics. Our speciality is the design, engineering and production of thermally conductive materials including high and non-temperature nano-inks for Ink Jet technology.
We've developed a material (NanoTIM) with thermal conductivity values in the order of tens (30 - 60 W/mK) and even higher values (in the order of 120 W/mK), which will significantly increase the speed and power of electronic circuits.
Our research and development (R&D) activities have led to the development of many types of materials (gold, copper, titanium dioxide, selenium) with nanometre-scale fragmentation.
For 25 years now (since 1988 as the Amepox R&D team), we have been developing products to supply the Polish electronics industry with the highest quality metal particle compositions of high purity and fineness.
